Dear Dan,
To translate a chinese name, one must first know the chinese character of one's name. The Chinese have many dialects but there is only one written language. In Mandarin, Zhou may mean "Search" and Wen may mean "Ask". Therefore, her name may mean someone who searches and asks. I may be wrong. Therefore, try to find out what your daughter's name in chinese character is first. A word of advise, if you can't find out her name in chinese character and wish her to have one in remembrance of her culture, careful selection must be made as each character would have it's own meaning.
