I was wondering when you posted this---it says July 22, 19100, what year was this again?
Anyway I happened across your message the other day while searching for another Chinese name and I noticed you're search for Remedios.
That caught my eye, first of all because Remedios is not a Chinese name (I thought it was Portuguese...) and second of all, my grandpa's name is Remedios and he used to live in Shanghai until maybe the late 50's, I am not sure of the exact year. I think he had like 9 or 10 other siblings, many of whom have already passed on. I think he might have been one of the younger kids. Anyway, his name is Jose Remedios. He now lives with two remaining sisters (one just turned 100 recently!) named Alda and Ilma (but I don't know what their married names were).
Let me know if you think we might be related to the Remedios family you are looking for so I can let my grandpa and his sisters know.
