Unfortunately, Ahsing is not a real Chinese surname but rather the given name of your ancestor, which inadvertently became a "surname". It is very common practice in Chinese to add an "Ah" to a person's given name (Sing) to make it easier to pronounce as two syllables. To determine your real surname you will have to find the Chinese characters of your ancestor, and the first character will be the surname.

: Where does ahsing originate from?? Is it chinese as believed to be?
