I am looking for anyone who knows where I can find Wai Fong Chiu born in 1977-79? Last known address was in New York in 1992-93.Father used to be my stepfather, and I need to locate him to find my natural father and to find out about my heritage.My mom passed away in 1999.Any information would be helpful!
