I don't know Ko Kong, but Toisan(Taisan in Mandarin)is a village not too far outside of Canton(Guanzhou)in Guangdong province not too far from Hong Kong. Believe that Ko Kong would be the area/subdivision in Toisan. Keep in mind distance being relative.
