Toisan is not a village but a district, called a Yap in Cantonese (Yi in mandarin). Toisan boundary is more than 130 km (as the crow flies) SW of Canton.
: I don't know Ko Kong, but Toisan(Taisan in Mandarin)is a village not too far outside of Canton(Guanzhou)in Guangdong province not too far from Hong Kong. Believe that Ko Kong would be the area/subdivision in Toisan. Keep in mind distance being relative.
