My father also told me that most likely all Tecson's are related in some form. I ran into some Tecson sisters in high school, but that's about it. I believe the word 'tec' is of chinese origin and 'son' is an additive of the 'family of' like John-son as in John's son. Anyways, let me know if you find anything else.
