You should probably contact the orphanage or perhaps try this site www.chinasprouts.com. Many of their bulletin boards are devoted to overseas adoption of Chinese children. Someone might be able to direct you there. Internet access is not widespread in China b/c of cost etc. so you'll probably be writing a lot of letters.

: Shun-Jia adopted at 3 years old from Hangzhou Welfare Institute is now 9 years old and is anxious to contact her older sister, Mao, or any other relatives. She misses her family very much.
