It is a small world. I was searching for info on 'chi' when I saw this query. 'Chi' is an unusual surname and my interlocator is a 'Chi Wen" from Ningbo in Zhejiang Province. Chi Wen, who also uses the english name Margaret (after MThatcher,works for an engineering company in hangzhou, with whom I do business.
