Without the benefit of Chinese characters, this is my guess. The surname "Jin" is probably "gold". The first personal name "Ai" generally means "love/affection", and "ling" maybe "age" (same as that used by the well known Soong sisters). Seems like your adopted daughter is the sister of Guiling in the other post by Lena Arborelius, also from Sweden.
