Yeah, actually if you are in the north of Vietnam they would pronounce it Sai' instead of Thai'. There are Sai' Trung Sai' Hoa` in Tam Quoc Dien Nghia( Romance of three kingdoms), Sai' Kinh in Thuy Hu. Cheer!
