Teochew people come from the northeastern corner of Guangdong Province near the Fujian border.
: I'm Teochew and was born in vietnam. I'm just starting a search for my family history and was hoping someone had some info about my last name--- whether there was a specific town that it may have originated from. I believe my grandparents orignally came from a town near canton.
