By "middle name" are you referring to the given name? If so, "Chui Wen" may be explicated as:
Chui2 (chiu is not a legitimate Pinyin phonetic, though it may be in other systems) -- Frontier, border of, etc.
Wen2 -- common character with meaning of knowledge, judgement, etc.
Thus, Chuiwen may mean "one who is at the forefront of knowledge".
Alternatively, Wen3 is defined as stable or secure. It is rather difficult to pinpoint the exact meaning unless the tones are given for the Pinyin.
