I am a Moy and just found this site and thread and thought I'd chime in too. The Yung part was the name on the immigration papers my grandparents used to come to the US. My parents and grandparents are from Taishan county China. I was born and grew up in Mississippi with my 2 brothers. My brothers also have Moy as a middle name. As a tradition to keep the Moy name I and my brothers have used Moy as the middle name for each of our first born. Growing up I didn't think Moy was such an uncommon name. Then was even another family of Moys that lived close that we would go visit. We would go up to Chicago to visit relatives and attend Moy association events and such.
