Well. My last name is Ngo. I think it was changed when my family moved to vietnam. ( from what i've heard, it was originally Wu. .but i think that's how it's spelled in taiwan. .on the mainland it's Ng. but basically the same character, just diff, english translations) From what i know of my original roots, everyone from the chiu chow village that we originated from is gone. I guess there was a big migration into the southeast asia. I 've heard that there are alot of chiu chow that moved into Cambodia. Anyone know for what particular reason so many chiu chow moved south? My guess is communism?
