Hi,
My father was born in 1927 over in Jamaica, but his father was from Mainland China, and may have been born around the same time as your father (maybe...). I have also noticed that there aren't many CHIN spellings of the surname. I know that we have some relatives (the Chin's) in the USA maimi florida, but it's the Chinese roots I'm trying to trace back to.
Do you know of any relatives in the States, that we could trace as common ground?
