Anyone with this surname is ethnically Fuzhian
(hokkian) and his/her ancestry is from Fuzhian
Province, In Cantonese and Mandarin it is pro-
nounced Hoong or Hung or Hong When consulting
the Bai Zhhia Xing it is No. 184 where you can
see the way it is written in chinese calligraphy.
My own ancestry is from the county of Nam Oa
and I am the 7th Generation. The first Ang was
Ang Tjoei,then Tjoen Eng,then Hok Soei,then Soen
Hoat,then Tjin An, then Kim Him then me
