My grandfather Chang Yow came from China in the early 1900's to work as a cook for the army camp in Fiji. Aparently he was born either in Chung Kuo or Hoe Tow in China. Where are these places, and have their names changed since 1902.
I'm trying to trace any relatives. His chinese wife's name was Chong Wai Quan.
