Hi Fabrice, I'll help Al answer this one since I know he is always helping others in their quests. Sam and Lok are both common surnames. Of course, not as common as Chang or Chan or Wong, but common nevertheless. Lock is the westernized version of Lok, usually changed if one lived in pre-war Shanghai. Ah Tion could mean either "smooth sailing" or "eats too much"; I'm not sure about Ah Hime. Maybe Al knows. Hope this helps!
