Hi Patrick,
I have ancestors from the county of (this spelling is not reliable; plus, I don't speak Chinese) Tsao Cho in Fujian. But, my family name is Ong (as in Wong, Wang), meaning king. The character is three horizontal lines w/ one verticle split down the middle of them. E-mail me if you want to explore this further. A. Ong
