Hi! I just stumbled upon this...how interesting. My father is from Toi san. I don't know very much of the family history. I know my grandfather moved from Toi san to Canada around 1920 something. My father lived in the village until about 1953. I hear the village is small and that there were only about 20 families that lived there...is that true. I would love to find out more of my family history but my father doesn't speak too much of it since he permanently moved to Canada at the early age of 13.
