My ancestral village is Cheong Sah located near Gujing Town in Xinhui District. The Chew/Chu family name is very prevalent in this area. There are about 2500 people in Cheong Sah village, and most of them are of the same family name as myself - - Seid/Sit. It is quite possible that your wife's great grandfather also came from my ancestral village. I have visited Cheong Sah village several times recently.
