Response:You'll need more information on individual especially what county in Oregon. Then you could search census for 1880/1900/1920/. However, present information you have will prove a tedious search.
Plus factor is that the individual's name is distinctive. Good luck.
Where is individual buried? Any gravestone transcriptions for family information.
