I am a hokkien residing in Singapore. My grand father came from Xiamen and I believe that his name ( Toh Kay Yong ) was registered in our ancestral book in Xiamen.

Actually Toh when written in Mandarin is Zhuo and accordingly my second name (Kai) is the generation name and after my generation, it would be "Hong"generation that is the last of the 60 generation of "Toh"clan.

I am also interested in finding my ancestor in Xiamen but up to this date, I still could not find time to search for it.

Perhaps someone out there may offer some advice or information to me.

Thanks and regards
