The generation poem at that site does not belong to your family and as such cannot be used by you. In addition, you are Hokkien whereas Nelson Chin's forebears came from Guangdong Province.

Does your father know the meaning of Beng? For a personal name a lot of Hokkien people like Huat (Fa in Mandarin) which means "to prosper". Hope that helps. Once we know the meaning of Beng I can provide you with the Chinese script for a complete name, assuming you like Huat.

Incidentally you and I share the same surname.
