Goto http://freepages.family.rootsweb.com/~chinesesurname/hundred.html and you will find Kwong (Guang) is surname 357 while Kwan (Guan) is 394. While I am not conversant in Spanish, I believe the pronunciation Cuan is most likely for Kwan.
Yi is often used for a female personal name, but as for Sey it is hard to guess without a Chinese character. Ley on the other hand sounds like another female name, to mean "beautiful".
Yat maybe like that of Sun Yat-sen, just a guess. Chan can mean many things and may also be used for a male name. Normally a personal consists of two characters, but in normal usuage most people may use only one. that is why you may hear two versions for the same person.
A lot of these guesses can be resolved if you know the Chinese characters for them.
