Two months ago a draft archeological report was submitted by the firm Cogstone Resource Management regarding the old Chinese Cemetery. If you are interested in reading the report a summary can be found at:

If you read the report you will find several shortcomings, not the least being "why did they disturb this cemetery in the first place?" The fact that the report neglects to address this question means that they are unwilling to avoid "mistakes" like this from reoccurring.
The Chinese Historical Society of Southern California (chssc.org) will continue to monitor this issue to insure justice for our ancesters.
