This may be much delayed but in some research for my M.A. I found some information about Soo Hoo Ten which may be of use to you. I have been most impressed by his work in Sydney and through NSW. He trained and sent six missionaries - Chinese from his congregations in Sydney. He established a strong church in China Town - Sydney. He went and also sent workers to every location in New South Wales where Chinese lived.
I will type up and collect the information I gathered and include the section of my thesis relating to him.
