You gave few information to base your search on. I am not familiar with "Changle" which could be the name of yor ggf's village or nearest market town area. Fuzhou is the capital of Fujian Province. You can probably confirm the name of your ancestral village if you can locate the gravesites of your ggf and gf - - the name of the ancestral village or market town area are commonly inscribed on the grave marker in Chinese.
Also, you may confirm the same information on formal documents and on return addresses of old letters your gf and ggf may have passed on to your family. If there is a Chen family association in Singapore (or Malaysia), it may have records of your ggf's and gf's presence in Singapore.
Finally, your ancestral village (Changle?) may have a genealogy book (referred to as a "zupu" in Mandarin) of the Chen family name which is likely to contain the names of your ggf and gf, or perhaps even lists names of long-lost relatives of your family tree. You may even have grand uncles and aunts in the ancestral village who may have invaluable genealogical information.
According to this website, your surname in Chinese (transliterated to "Ting") is written in one of two ways: Chen2
[陳] No. 10 Chen2 (display, stale), Chin, Chan (Cantonese)
諶 Chen2 (surname), faithful, sincere
