1973 Copy of a rough draft of a Madoc Historical Society letter, an organization created by Rulon S. Howells, President of the Thomas Howells and Ann Francis Howells Family Association, in an effort to open-up better access to Welsh records. (Note the non-Utah address designed to avoid any possible prejudicial response.) The intention was to send this letter to multiple vicars in Wales in an attempt to obtain previously unavailable "Non-Conformist" records.
