Jane 1965   

Jane Marie was born on May 1st of 1951.  She lived on her parent's farm until they moved into Faulkton when she was about 2 years old. Jane graduated from the Faulkton School system and soon after married William Burdick, Jr. of Artensian, So. Dak.  She brought with her a son, Thomas Scott.  She had 2 children by William, Kent William born in 1970 and Janelle Marie in 1976.  When Melvin & Clara moved to Winner, South Dakota in 1973, Jane and family followed suite.

Jane and Bill were divorced in 1994.  Jane continued to work at Winner Baptist Hospital as their unit cordinator.  She furthered her education by becoming certified in that profession. 

Jane met Ley Heying, a local in Winner.  They dated and later became married in 2002.    Lee & Jane now have an extermination business called Prairie Pest Control.  She continues to work part time at the Winner Baptist Hospital.  Four children of Lee's came into Jane's life, 3 boys and 1 girl for a total of 7 children.
