The Landis home in Cassville, Barry, Missouri
I believe Sarah Evans and the younger children lived in a house on the adjacent lot.
Birdie and Charles helped look after the girls when Sarah and her son, George,
traveled around southern Missouri and Arkansas selling the quilter.
The Landis family donated the house to the city of Cassville to be used as the library. This is how it looked as the library.
Today, the library is in a new building at 301 W. 17th Street in Cassville.
