Amelia Lomas, daughter of Reuben and Ann, joined my family tree when she married Thomas Glover in 1886.

In 1881 Amelia was living in School Brow, Rainford aged 12. (b abt. 1869) with her father Reuben Lomas 45, (b. abt. 1836) from Wellington, Shropshire, and mother Ann 37, (b. abt. 1844) from Wombridge, Shropshire. Also present were Caroline 10, Reuben 8, Henry 3, Thomas 5 weeks and her grandmother, Mary Vaughan a widow 61 (b. abt 1820) from Wombridge, Shropshire.

Amelia Lomas married Thomas Glover 22 May, 1886 at the age of 16, although age 20 was given on the marriage certificate.
