Velma Ames Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies
1 18.25 oz. package yellow cake mix
1 cup regular oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 large eggs lightly beaten
Combine all ingredients; stir well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield 6 dozen.
