Ysidro was a migrant worker who then worked for the railroad, which brought him to Clyde, TX, where he settled. They had two acres and lived in a small shack they called the "Pink House".  Many of the Ramos brothers were exceptional athletes; notably in football and baseball. For many years there was not a football team without at least one Ramos on its roster. I remember Tommy Ramos starting at Middle Linebacker and Fullback as a freshman when I played in 1980.
