I found an online death certificate for "William Franklin Windham" from Hidalgo County, NM. Date of birth listed is Nov 2, 1885. Date of death is Jan 14, 1957. He was born in MS, which is pretty convincing that he's our W. F. Windham Jr.  Interestingly, the informant, Mrs. Tama Windham, did not know who is his father or mother was. 1900 US Census for Beat 3, Scott County, MS: Bettie indicates 8 total children, with 7 still living at census time.   Name Rel.
