The follow docucments are copies of the origial land patents which were issued by the government to Richard Beall on Oct 10, 1833 in Pike County, Illinois. According to the plat index in the Pike County courthouse, the actual purchase and possession occurred three years earlier on October 7, 1830. The locations are as follows:

Per Certificate No 2014, the west half of the northeast quarter of section 26 Township 4 Range 3 (80 acres).
Per Certificate No 2015, the west half of the southwest quarter of section 26, Township 4, Range 3 (80 acres).

These documents were obtained by doing a search at the Bureau of Land Management site.
