"Be it known to everyone that I, Andreas Mühlschlägel, and Maria Catharina Emertin, my mother-in-law make this acort as follows. First, I, Andreas Mühlschlägel and my wife Anna Maria Mühlschlägerin and my heirs and descendants promise to take care of my mother-in-law in food and drink, clothes for Sundays and work days and that she needs for living as longs as she lives but if she should by God's will become ill, I Andreas Mühlschlägel, my wife Anna Maria and my heirs and descendants will care for her. For this care, I Maria Catharina Emertin give my son-in-law Andreas Mühlschlägel 60 pounds cost money to be given by the 15th of March 1763 a cow and two rabbits. Should by God's will one of us younger ones no longer be living, my mother-in-law shall have the right as given by this acort to use all power to demand her care and what is urgent for her living.
