The Genealogy of the Millslagle Family

Margaret (?) was born circa 1816 in Virginia.¹ Margaret married Joel Cooper, son of Mary (?).² Margaret and Joel may have had numerous children but I only know the name of one child, John. Margaret, age 34, was enumerated in the household of her suspected mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary Cooper, on the 1850 Federal Census in District #24, Hampshire County, Virginia. I am guessing about the relationship between Mary (grandmother), Joel (son), Margaret (daughter-in-law) and John (grandson). They may all be Mary's children. This will need more work to straighten out. Mary lives next door to Elizabeth (Cooper) Milslagle who also lives near her brother-in-law, Abraham Milslagle.² Follow the link to see the census image.
