Sarah Houghton was born circa 1664 in Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut.1
She was the daughter of Robert Haughton and Sarah Phippen.2,3
Sarah's last name has also been given as Haughton.1,4
Sarah married Daniel Northrup, son of Joseph Northrup and Mary Norton, circa 1687 in Milford.5,6
Sarah and Daniel had at least 11 children. These children are Jabez, Daniel, David, Gamaliel, Ebenezer, Joel, Jonah, Mehitable, Nathan, Robert and Sarah.7
