He was the son of William H. Millslagle and Maude Parrish.4
Harry, age 16, was enumerated in the household of his parents on the 1920 Federal Census in Johnson, Christian County, Illinois. He attends school.4

Harry married Leona (?) circa 1925.5
Harry, age 20, and Leona, age 21, were enumerated on the 1930 Federal Census at 1116 E. Oak in Taylorville, Christian County, Illinois. They rent their house for $25 monthly and they own a radio. Harry is not a veteran of any war.1
Both Harry and Leona work at the paper mill.1

He is the 3rd great-grandson of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
