Maria Catharina Mühlschlägel was born circa 1722.¹ She was christened on 14 June 1722 at Lachen-Speydorf Evangelisch-Reformierte Kirche, in Lachen-Speyerdorf, Palatinate, Bayern, Germany. Her godmother was Anna Catharina Hamman, wife of Henrich Hamman, "Gerichtmann here."² She was the daughter of Hans Henrich Mühlschlägel and Maria Apolonia Hamman.² She followed German naming customs and went by the name of Catharina. Maria Catharina died on 19 September 1725 in Lachen.² She was 3 years old. She is the sister of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
