Jane Cooper was born in 1474 in Sharpenhoe, Bedfordshire, England.^2,3 She was the daughter of John Cooper.² Jane married John Norton, son of John Norton and Maude de Grey, circa 1495 in Sharpenhoe, Bedfordshire.² Jane and John had at least 7 children. These children are Richard, Alice, Edward, Mark, Robert, William and Thomas.^2,4 Jane died in 1525.⁵ She was about 51 years old.
