     Carl T. Millslagle was born on 19 July 1890 in Illinois.^1,2,3 He was the son of Charles Henry Milslagle and Clara C. Swanson.¹ Carl, age 20, was enumerated in the household of his mother on the 1910 Federal Census in Lewistown, Fulton County, Illinois.⁴ Carl worked as a telegrapher.⁴ Follow the link to see the census image. Carl married Christine (?) circa 1929.⁵ Carl and Christine may have had numerous children but I only know the name of one child, Victor.⁶
          Carl, age 39, and Christine, age 50, were enumerated on the 1930 Federal Census at 7627 Love Avenue in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Also enumerated in this household was their son, Victor (age 12). They rent their house for $60 monthly and the have a radio. Carl is not a military veteran.⁶ Carl worked as an electrician for the public utility.⁶ Follow the link to see the census image.
          Carl died on 14 April 1967 in Siskiyou County, California.^1,3 He was 76 years old. His Social Security Number was 326-07-8786 and was issued in Illinois.¹ He is the 3rd great-grandson of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
