Betty Jean Ramsey was born on 17 July 1929.^1,2 She was the daughter of Ray Ramsey and Attie Brockus.^3,2 He is listed as being part of the U.S. Navy.⁴ Betty married Donald E. Milslagle on 8 April 1955 in Shawnee, Illinois.² She worked for Uniroyal for 34 years, ending when she retired in 1974.
Circa 1981, Betty and Donald moved to Florida.² They later moved to Surprise, Maricopa County, Arizona 1995.² In March 1998, Betty was living in Surprise.³ Betty was listed as a sister of Raymond J.
