Victor C. Millslagle was born on 26 July 1917 in Illinois.^1,2 He enlisted on 30 September 1940 in the Army at Chicago, Illinois. He was a resident of Cook County, Illinois at the time of his enlistment. He was inducted as a private and was to serve in the Medical Department for Phillippine Department. When he enlisted, he had completed two years of high school. His civilian occupation was classified as an electroplater (metal plater).³ Victor died on 6 January 1994.¹ He was 76 years old. His Social Security Number was 359-07-9444 and was issued in Illinois.¹ According to the SSDI, his last residence was in Acworth, Cobb County, Georgia.¹
