     Nathanel Northrup was born before 1755.^1,2
          Nathanel was enumerated on the 1790 census for 2nd Society, Ridgefield, Fairfield County, Connecticut. I have not been able to identify these people that were also enumerated with him: 6 females. The number for males under 16 is hard to read and the there may be 6 additional males over 16 in this household.¹ Follow the link to see the census image.
          Nathanel was enumerated on the 1800 census for Ridgefield, Fairfield County, Connecticut as Nathaniel Northrup, aged 45 and over. I have not been able to identify these people that were also enumerated with him: two males and one female under 10; one female between 10 and 15; and one female 45 and over.³ Follow the link to see the census image.
