James Rowley was born say 1820.2 James married Elizabeth Milslagle, daughter of Jacob Milslagel, on 28 September 1840 in Fulton County, Illinois.3,1 She was about 19; his age is not known. James and Elizabeth may have had numerous children but I only know the name of one child, John.3
