     Theresa Ingels was born on 7 January 1903 in Illinois.^2,3,4 Theresa married John Jacob Millslagle, son of Levi Richard Milslagle and Lavina Smith, circa 1922.^2,5 They had 2 children. Both children were named John Adolph Millslagle and both died in infancy.²
          John, age 28, and Theresa, age 27, were enumerated on the 1930 Federal Census at 513 East State in Rockford City, Winnebago County, Illinois. Also enumerated in this household was a roomer, Stella McPeak.⁶ Follow the link to see the census image.
          John died on 15 January 1974, leaving Theresa a widow.² Theresa died in November 1977.⁴ She was 74 years old. Her Social Security Number was 318-24-9596 and was issued in Illinois.⁴ According to the SSDI, her last residence was in Kewanee, Henry County, Illinois.⁴
