Ella M. Stewart was born on 29 July 1927.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Francis Stewart and Hazel Mary Brown.² Ella married Doug Lane on 16 September 1944 in Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa.² Ella and Marion had three children. These children are Frances Marion, Donna Marie and Alan Douglas.³ Marion died on 14 October 1992, leaving Ella a widow.⁴ Ella died on 3 June 2001 the Mount Ayr Health Care Center in Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa.^1,2 She was buried in Benton Cemetery in Benton, Ringgold County, Iowa.² She was 73 years old.
